Is it called stealing to go to work and get nothing done?

Is in unethical to sit at you desk and just stare at computer screens??

Would your answer be the same if you knew that the reason I am able to do this is because I have gotten all of my duties done for the day and for most of the week already?

And I have finally figured out da Missus secret. If you organize things, make lists, and plan everything, it wastes time and makes people think you are really working on the project when all you are doing is making lists!!!! You can do all the prep work without doing the actual work!!!!!

As long I as make up silly useless spreadsheets, it looks like I am working, when all I am doing is wasting time.
